Artist Biography
Annette Cook is an artist and educator. Her print practice combines techniques including etching, aquatint, linocut and digital outputs. Her work varies in scale, from small portfolio prints, to immersive panels of printed paper. Major achievements include the SilkCut Award 2015 for the National Gallery of Australia and MARKeD, a major retrospective at the Glen Eira City Gallery in 2014. She exhibits nationally in portfolio exhibitions and print prizes and in 2016 she was selected for the Print Council of Australia Print Commission. She has a Masters of Print Media (Research), Monash University and teaches at RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia.
