Combining drawing, printmaking and watercolour on an immersive scale, Annika aims to evoke the experience of being in the landscape. Inspired by the power of place, Annika aims to imbue her impressions of rock and water with memory and emotion.
Annika graduated from the Australian National University with First Class Honours in Printmedia and Drawing (2010). She is a studio artist and board member at M16 Artspace, Canberra and is represented by Flinders Lane Gallery, Melbourne. In 2019 Annika’s work received the Banyule Award for Works on Paper Commendation Prize and was Highly Commended in the Megalo International Print Prize.
